This includes, but is not limited to, aggressive language, intimidation, discriminatory remarks, unreasonable demands, repeated hostile communication or any behaviour that causes distress or undermines dignity at work.

We expect all interactions with Amtek staff to be conducted in a courteous, professional and respectful manner. Our team members deserve to carry out their roles without fear of abuse, pressure or hostility, regardless of circumstances or commercial pressures.
Our Commitment to Our People
Amtek has a duty of care to protect the wellbeing of our employees. We actively support staff who experience bullying or harassment and take all reported incidents seriously. No employee will be expected to tolerate unacceptable behaviour as part of their role.
How We Will Respond
Where bullying or harassment from a customer occurs, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Address the behaviour directly and request it stops immediately
- Escalate the issue to senior management or the customer’s organisation
- Restrict or cease communication through certain channels
- Suspend or terminate business relationships in serious or repeated cases
These steps are taken to protect our employees and maintain a professional working environment.
